3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 9485PC is a 5.0 mil (0.127 mm) adhesive-only bonding material intended for applications where dependable adhesion and temperature resistance are required. It uses 3M™ High Performance Acrylic Adhesive 350, which is designed to bond a broad range of substrates, including materials with high and low surface energy.

The tape is supplied with a polycoated kraft paper liner that helps maintain dimensional stability during handling. Its reinforced adhesive construction also supports cleaner processing in narrow-width applications. The combination of strong bonding, chemical resistance, and temperature capability makes it suitable for industrial assembly, foam attachment, labeling, gasketing, and other bonding operations.
