3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 966 is a thin, high-temperature adhesive transfer tape developed for applications where strong bonding, thermal resistance, and low outgassing are important. It uses 3M™ High Temperature Acrylic Adhesive 100 and has a total adhesive thickness of 0.058 mm.

The adhesive-only construction provides a low-profile bonding solution without a conventional backing material. Its combination of peel strength, shear performance, chemical resistance, and UV resistance makes it suitable for demanding assembly environments, particularly across aerospace, automotive, electronics, and industrial applications.
