3M Industrial Adhesive 4799 is a high-performance, solvent-based neoprene rubber adhesive formulated for strong, flexible, and heat-resistant bonding in demanding industrial applications. It provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates while maintaining flexibility to absorb vibration and thermal expansion.

The adhesive develops high initial tack and strong ultimate bond strength, making it suitable for both contact and conventional bonding methods. 3M 4799 industrial adhesive is especially effective for bonding rubber to metal, rubber to rubber, fabrics, gaskets, foam, leather, wood, and certain plastics.
