3M Scotch-Weld Low Odor Acrylic Adhesive DP810 is a toughened, two-part, room-temperature curing acrylic structural adhesive designed to deliver high shear and peel strength with excellent impact resistance, while significantly reducing odor and eliminating flammability concerns commonly associated with traditional acrylic adhesives.

DP810 is specially formulated to bond oily metals with minimal surface preparation, making it an ideal solution for high-throughput industrial environments. It also provides reliable adhesion to a wide range of substrates including most plastics, composites, metals, glass, and nylon, enabling versatile multi-material bonding.

With a 10-minute work life and 20-minute handling strength, this adhesive allows sufficient time for part positioning while maintaining fast assembly speeds. The 1:1 mix ratio simplifies dispensing and mixing, especially when used with 3M Duo-Pak (DP) dispensing equipment, ensuring accurate metering and consistent bond quality.
