3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Urethane Adhesive 3549 offers a two-component bonding solution with a flexible, durable finish. Its brown paste consistency helps keep the adhesive where it is applied, making it useful for vertical joints and panel installation where unwanted spreading can be a concern.The adhesive can join materials such as composite panels, fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP), sheet moulding compound (SMC), metals, wood, rubber and selected plastics. Its flexibility at lower temperatures supports applications exposed to movement or changing conditions. The extended working period also gives installers time to align components before the bond begins to set.
