3M™ UHMW Film Tape 5423 provides a protective polymer layer designed for these types of operating conditions.The tape uses an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene film together with a rubber adhesive. This combination creates a durable surface for movement-related applications and provides a practical option for situations where conventional lubrication is unsuitable. The 5423 construction is also thicker than 3M™ UHMW-PE Film Tape 5421, making it intended for applications requiring additional material thickness.
