How to Use Loctite SI 596 Red

1. Ensure bond surfaces are clean and free from grease.
2. Apply the product — moisture curing begins immediately on exposure to air, so mate parts within a few minutes of dispensing.
3. Press or firmly clamp parts together; do not slide parts together.
4. Excess material can be wiped away with non-polar solvents; cured excess can be removed with a knife or razor blade.
5. Important: Do not use for gasketing carburettors or fuel control devices in constant contact with hydrocarbon fuels.
