How to Use Loctite 262

1. Clean all surfaces with a Loctite cleaning solvent and allow to dry.
2. For inactive metals or slow-curing surfaces, apply Activator SF 7471™ or SF 7649™.
3. Shake the product thoroughly before use.
4. Apply drops to bolt threads at the nut engagement area (thru holes) or to internal threads (blind holes).
5. Assemble and tighten as required.
6. For disassembly, apply localised heat to ~250°C and disassemble while hot.
