LOCTITE® 480 Instant Adhesive is a rubber-toughened, high-strength cyanoacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding applications requiring enhanced flexibility, peel strength, and shock resistance. It performs exceptionally well on metal, plastic, and rubber substrates.

The rubber-toughened formulation gives LOCTITE 480 superior durability and impact resistance compared to standard instant adhesives, making it ideal for use in demanding environments and applications subject to vibration or dynamic loads. It works best in thin bond gaps (~0.05 mm) and cures quickly at room temperature for efficient assembly operations.
