How to Use Loctite 574

1. Ensure bond surfaces are clean and free from grease.
2. Designed for close-fitting flanged parts with gaps up to 0.25 mm (rolled film for wider gaps).
3. Apply manually as a continuous bead, rolled film, or by screen printing to one flange surface; for gaps over 0.125 mm, apply to both surfaces.
4. Low pressures may be used to confirm a complete seal immediately after assembly.
5. Tighten flanges as soon as possible after assembly to avoid shimming.
