LOCTITE 272 Threadlocker is a red, high-strength, medium-viscosity anaerobic adhesive designed for the permanent locking and sealing of threaded metal fasteners. This threadlocker is ideal for heavy-duty applications where heat resistance and vibration protection are essential.

With a fixture time of 10 minutes on steel, 5 minutes on brass, and 15 minutes on stainless steel, LOCTITE 272 ensures fast, reliable curing even on passive substrates. It tolerates mild industrial oil contamination and prevents loosening from shock or vibration.

It has a breakaway torque of 23 Nm on M10 bolts and is particularly suited for applications where migration of adhesive must be prevented.
