Fix All High Tack has a specific gravity of 1.47 and forms a skin in approximately 5 minutes, curing at roughly 3mm per 24 hours. Cured hardness reaches 65±5 Shore A — notably firmer than the Crystal variant — with tensile strength of 3.20 N/mm², elongation at break exceeding 400%, and an elasticity modulus at 100% of 2.30 N/mm². The product accommodates distortion up to ±20% with elastic recovery exceeding 75%, and withstands temperatures from -40°C to +90°C. End strength reaches up to 320 kg per 10cm².

Applications

Fix All High Tack is used for sealing and bonding in the building and construction industry, elastic bonding of panels, profiles, and pieces onto common substrates like wood, MDF, and chipboard, elastic structural bonding in car and container manufacturing, and sealing joints in bathrooms and kitchens. It's also suitable for bonding porous natural stone surfaces such as marble and limestone, though it cannot be used as a stone joint sealant.

Directions for Use

Surfaces should be rigid, clean, dry or slightly moist, and free of dust and grease. Porous surfaces in water-loaded applications should be primed with Primer 150; non-porous surfaces benefit from a Soudal activator or cleaner. Apply with a manual or pneumatic caulking gun, pressing materials firmly for instant grab when used as an adhesive. Clean uncured product with Soudal Surface Cleaner or Swipex; cured material requires mechanical removal. Fix All High Tack cannot be used as a glazing sealant or in continuous water immersion applications.
