The cured sealant withstands an impressive temperature range of -30°C to +120°C, with an application temperature window of +5°C to +40°C.

Applications

GP Plus is used for sealing glass window frame joints, connection joints, and building and construction joints; general glazing and joint work in residential and commercial settings; automotive applications, particularly for sealing non-porous surfaces; sealing in cold storerooms and container constructions; and reliable sealing around windows, doors, and sanitary fixtures on non-porous substrates.

Directions for Use

The substrate must be rigid, clean, dry, and free of dust and grease. Porous surfaces should be primed with Primer 150, while non-porous surfaces can be prepared with a Soudal activator if needed. Apply with a manual, pneumatic, or battery-operated caulking gun in a well-ventilated space, continuing ventilation throughout the curing period. Clean quickly with white spirit after use to prevent residue buildup, and finish with soapy water before the sealant dries. GP Plus is not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, PVC, or bituminous substrates, and should not be applied to natural stone (which it can stain) or polycarbonate.
