Neutral Plus has a specific gravity of 0.97–0.99 g/ml and forms a skin in approximately 4 minutes, with a tack-free time of around 20 minutes and a curing rate of approximately 3mm per 24 hours. Slump at 23°C is nil, meaning it holds its shape in vertical and overhead joints without sagging. Cured hardness reaches 22 Shore A, with tensile strength of 1.6 N/mm² and elongation at break exceeding 250%. The product withstands an exceptionally wide temperature range of -50°C to +150°C, with an application temperature window of +5°C to +35°C.

Neutral Plus bonds to form a strong, weatherproof seal on common building materials including wood, glass, concrete, aluminium, brick, steel, ceramic, and most porous and non-porous substrates. It's widely used for general automotive sealing applications and HVAC ducting work, in addition to standard construction and building joint sealing.

Directions for Use

Cut the cartridge tip carefully to avoid damaging the thread, fit the nozzle, and cut at a 45-degree angle with an opening slightly larger than the joint to be sealed. Apply using a standard sealant gun, keeping even pressure on the trigger and a constant gun angle for a consistent bead. Smooth the sealant with a spatula or piece of wood to ensure proper bonding, and consider masking both sides of the joint for a crisp finished appearance, removing the tape within 5 minutes of application.
